The son of a preacher man, Tony grew up loving God, watching Sooner football, and eating beef barbecue in the great state of Oklahoma.
Meanwhile, on the east coast of North Carolina, a beautiful red-head named Dani, was growing up loving God, watching Tarheel basketball, and eating pork barbecue.
Little did they know how their paths would cross, and lives would change at a small Bible college in Greenville, South Carolina.
Married in the summer of 1999, Tony and Dani would embark on some incredible adventures. After teaching English for a year in China, the two madly-in-love Kleppers would pastor a church in North Carolina.
During this time, Thing 1, a.k.a. Joshua, and Thing 2, a.k.a. Elijah, decided to crash the party.
They lived and worked at Friendship Church in Oklahoma City for couple of years before returning to North Carolina and that wonderful pork barbecue.
Tony and Dani attended and served at Forest Park Church in Elizabeth City, while Tony worked at InMotion Hosting as a Support Tech and Trainer. Dani takes care of thing 1, thing 2, thing 3 (and yes Tony is one of these “things”)!
The next great adventure just started, and everyone is super excited. Tony is the Worship Pastor at Exalt Church in Chesapeake, VA, a new church plant that just recently launched in October 2017. WooHoo!
